Resident artist planning

Beginning resident artists: We expect them to be there during opening hours.
To help close the deal with customers, and to do walk-ins.

Normal resident artists can come and go as they please, and take as much or as less holiday as they want.
One rule: DON’T RESHEDULE CUSTUMERS!

Coach your artists into planning forward. Plan too much holidays if necessary and than cancel some if they want last-minute. But never reschedule clients so the artist can take time off. Be careful with conventions to! So you don’t have a double booking there.
